Recently, we had the opportunity to work with New Frame Creative, a local marketing agency. They were looking for the perfect window treatments for a home they were renovating to become their new office space. Rather than letting us tell you about it, we’ve invited Greg Adkins, founder and president of New Frame Creative to share what his experience was like working with Express Blinds, Shutters, and Shades.
“When we first called Darla, we weren’t really sure what we wanted but we were leaning towards treating all of our windows with woven wooden shades. Darla came prepared and first, she walked around the space with us asking questions about each window and what we were needing as far as visibility and light. From there, she showed us several product lines that seemed like they would be a good fit for us. Knowing that we were a little overwhelmed by the hundreds of great choices, Darla left some samples with us for a couple of days so that we could really think about which design would best fit the look we were hoping to achieve. Within 24 hours of placing the order, we were given an estimated delivery date. In the process of renovating a home and working with many contractors and service providers, it was RARE that anyone met their estimated delivery date… but Express Blinds was actually a few days earlier than they told us they would be which was a very pleasant surprise.
On the day of the installation, their install technician arrived on time and was in and out in less than 2 hours. He installed 8 window treatments and then spent some time showing us how to use them, maintain them, and answered a few questions that we had.
Our new woven wooden shades look incredible and we couldn’t be more pleased. They were the finishing touch our new space needed. Our experience with Express Blinds was top shelf from start to finish. Communication was excellent, the pricing was fair, the delivery and installation was on time and convenient, and the product is outstanding. What more could we ask for?”
