When Liz arrived for our consultation, I did not have very high hopes, especially after getting quotes from 3 other businesses. I had no idea what I wanted, but she carefully led us through the thought process and the pros/cons of each decision point. Even after placing the order, I still had doubts about how well I would like the blinds. After living with them for a few months, I can say now that I love them. She was able to work around issues that no one else was willing to tackle. We had an unexpected problem with the size of one shade during installation, but it was quickly resolved. I was very impressed with my design consultant Liz, the installation and the whole experience. Liz’ experience and expertise was excellent in helping me pick the right window treatments for me. The installation was easy and very professional. The install team was quick but the installers took the time to ensure everything looked good and explained any operational needs related to the equipment.
